Our voice and data are housed in telehouse network facilities in London, Johannesburg,New York,HongKong, Sydney and Auckland from which we provide 24/7 service and support to customers in 17 countries.  Our network is powered by the leading billing and routing software, Cisco and Quintum.  The network is built on the premise of redundancy at multiple points

All customers are provided with web-based reporting tools via secure log-in and password to access Call Detail Records and to run queries and receive reports regarding their call data.
