The role is to play an important part in Pure IP’s growth ambitions in the US market, developing a partner ecosystem that will drive the commercial growth of our portfolio of Microsoft related voice services.
Role Objectives and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include:
Develop and grow an ecosystem of strategic partners to achieve business targets Drive indirect partner revenue targets across the US market
Drive measurable incremental business outcomes through the partner network, including new logo acquisition, net retention of channel customers and penetration of new geographies
Build deep and sustainable relationships with channel partners
Proactively support partner sales activities to maximise results
Contribute to the development of Pure IP’s channel and partner strategy to expand our presence in the US
With a data driven approach, continually analyze, clarify, and validate partner needs & performance
Track, measure and report-out on channel effectiveness against targets
Partner closely with Marketing to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive channel and alliance leads, pipeline, and deal progression
Attend all Security Training sessions, and follow company’s Security Incident Management Process to report security events.
Be aware of the requirements for classification and handling of all information accessed or processed, as is defined within Pure IP’s Information Classification and Handling Policy
Follow guidelines for physical security of the equipment provided and observe clear desk and clear screen policy as defined in company’s Physical and Environmental Security Policy.
Be aware of the technical requirements when working remotely, and apply as many secure remote working guidelines as possible as defined within the Remote Working Policy.
Experience in channel/partner development preferably in a similar industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams highly desirable
Strong and demonstratable track record in growing and managing channel partner programs
