If you opted for the Self-service Option:
You will shortly receive a link from us to a secure file share area dedicated to your order. This is normally provided within one working day. If you haven’t seen anything in that time, please check your junk/spam folder and thencontact us.
In the meantime, please refer to ourReVeal download Guideand following the instructions within the guide, download the data from your system.
Upload your files into the secure shared file. We will receive notification and start working on your data.
Once your report is ready and has been quality checked, we will upload it into the secure shared file and you will receive an email alerting you to the fact it is available.
If you opted for the Assisted Option:
One of the team will be in touch shortly to discuss and make arrangements with you to download the data from your system(s).
Once we have your download from your system we will process it and generate your report. The team member who contacts you in step one will be able to advise you how long they think this is likely to take but is normally inside 2 working days.
Once your report is ready and has been quality checked, we will upload it into a secure shared file dedicated to your order and you will receive an email alerting you to the fact it is available.
