 - Customers with Portuguese services: In accordance with Law 29/2021 of 20 of May, please find available the model approved by ANACOM (as per article 2, nr. 4 of the Law mentioned) here. The model shall be used in order to request the suspension of the contracts in accordance with article 2 of the above mentioned law. The period during which the suspension applies shall not exceed 60 days.
