Does Operator Connect spell the end for Direct Routing?

Since Operator Connect launched last year, we've seen it increase popularity as the solution of choice for PSTN connectivity in Microsoft Teams. For most scenarios, Operator Connect is the perfect choice to light up calling in Microsoft Teams. But has it made Direct Routing redundant? Tom Arbuthnot talks to Diana Florea for more.
