Connected Voice reloaded

May 27, 2022

We’re proud to introduce an updated version of our Connected Voice service for US organizations. Purpose-built for small to mid-sized businesses, Connected Voice automates cloud telephony provisioning allowing companies to migrate their calling to Zoom or Microsoft Teams in a few simple clicks.

What is new in Connected Voice?

As well as a new streamlined user interface for the order form, the other notable additions to the service include the addition of Zoom Phone and Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, both services offering the simplified provisioning – no hardware or time-consuming configuration required.

In addition, US based businesses can now acquire new numbers for any of the 43 countries where we offer full PSTN replacement services, as well as port in existing numbers where preferred.

Once purchased, Connected Voice customers enjoy all the normal benefits of our managed voice service including 24/7 technical-led global support, customer care team and a cost-effective service that can be as much as 60% the cost of similar services due to our ‘pay for what you use’ model. The service utilizes Pure IP’s secure and resilient global voice network with geo-redundancy built-in.

Speaking about the update, Gary Forrest, Managing Director at Pure IP said, “The market is moving fast and more and more businesses are wanting to move core services to the cloud, quickly and with the minimal of fuss. With the automated features and online nature of Connected Voice, we are enabling businesses to do just that and simplified the process of using Teams or Zoom for their external telephony.”
