Pure IP, a global provider of enterprise voice communications, is very proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists for the Comms Council UK awards in the Best Large Enterprise Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP), Best Multinational Solution, and Best VoIP Innovation categories.
The winners will be decided by a panel of independent experts gathered by the Comms Council UK, and will be announced at an in-person awards ceremony in London on September 30th, 2021.
“We are delighted to be recognized by the Comms Council once again for our contributions to the telecommunications industry,” said Gary Forrest, CEO at Pure IP, “It has been a difficult year for many, and I am very proud of all the work our team has put into our voice services to help keep people connected and businesses running.”
The Best Large Enterprise ITSP Award is presented to the entrant that provides the best all round voice service of any ITSP with a turnover of over £10 million. The winner will have shown impressive business performance, innovation and customer service, and provided a wide range of voice services and advanced features to their customers.
The Best Multinational Solution Award recognizes service providers who have created the most successful, fully-featured corporate voice solutions available internationally. Entrants must be able to provide their multinational customers with full PSTN replacement services, including nationally formatted numbers, while maintaining full compliance with international and local regulations. In this category, Pure IP submitted SeRVE, a fully managed global telephony solution that provides secure, resilient voice for enterprises. The solution combines the strength, scale, and reach of Pure IP’s own cloud-based voice network, which includes full PSTN replacement services in 40 countries, with the speed and flexibility of our managed services, complete control through a dedicated management hub, and 24/7 support from our team of expert voice engineers.
The Best VoIP Innovation Award recognizes leading edge products and services that will have a positive impact on customers as well as the VoIP (Voice over IP) industry in general. In this category, Pure IP submitted ReVeal, the automated service that analyzes all the data downloaded from PBXs and other communications platforms to produce clear, insight-driven reports. These reports present data on an organization’s communications stack, which can then be used to fast track their cloud migrations, by up to 80%.
In addition to being shortlisted for awards in these two categories, Pure IP is also proud to sponsor the Best Software Award.
Pure IP looks forward to attending the 1st Annual Comms Council Awards Ceremony, and congratulates all our fellow finalists.
