Pure IP has achieved the status of Solutions Partner for Modern Work (Enterprise) under Microsoft’s newly updated partner accreditation program, reinforcing its credentials as a competent, trusted provider of voice services for Microsoft Teams. In addition, Pure IP has added the Advanced Specialization in Calling for Microsoft Teams to its growing list of Microsoft achievements and accolades, a further recognition of the company’s skills in enabling Calling with Microsoft Teams.
As a Solutions Partner for Modern Work (Enterprise), Pure IP demonstrated a broad capability to help customers boost their productivity and shift to hybrid work using Microsoft 365. To achieve this designation, partners must meet a demanding set of requirements across three categories including partner performance, skilling and customer success. Under the new program, a greater emphasis is put on execution, customer experience and usage.
Along with the new partnership designation, Pure IP has also achieved an Advanced Specialization in Calling for Microsoft Teams. The specialization is only awarded to partners who demonstrate deep knowledge, extensive experience, and proven success in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 Phone System. To achieve this, partners must meet the highest standards for service delivery and support backed by detailed customer references.
