Pure IP enhances UCaaSone portfolio with the asset acquisition of Vive Communications

The acquisition strengthens Pure IP’s position in the UCaaS market and broadens its hosted voice and UCaaS portfolio under Pure IP’s UCaaSone™ brand. This offering provides a scalable option designed for the needs of small to midsized businesses when Pure IP’s enterprise grade solutions are not an ideal fit.

As part of the integration, the entire Vive Communications team will join Pure IP, bringing in over two decades of expertise in delivering innovative communication solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. They will focus on accelerating growth and enhancing Pure IP’s hosted voice and unified communications offerings, and ensuring customers benefit from the expanded capabilities, deeper technical expertise, and continued exceptional service.
