Pure IP carries the calls for its Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling, and Zoom Phone customers. Pure IP Observability puts that network and SBC data in the same view as the UC platform data, so IT teams can follow a call from the user's headset to the PSTN and see where jitter, packet loss, or latency entered it. The carrier side of the call is part of what gets measured, not a gap at the end of the trace.
