Use the information provided in our guide. We have tried to keep the instructions easy. Or alternatively, opt for our Assisted option and allow us to download the data from your platforms on your behalf.
If you select the ‘Assisted’ option of the service, one of the Pure IP team will contact you directly and discuss what is required in your situation to allow us access and guide you through the process if necessary.
Pure IP will provide you with a link to a secure file similar to Dropbox. You will need to upload your data files into the secure file, and we will process it from there. We encourage you to use the secure file instead of email or similar methods of transferring the information to ensure your data remains secure in transit.
The original data files are kept for 14 days after providing your report, to allow for any further queries. Following that, the original data is deleted from our servers. A copy of the report will be kept for up to 6 months in case you require any further assistance from Pure IP related to your migration project.

If you are providing your own back-up files, the service is £850 per PBX. If you require Pure IP to download the data on your behalf, the price is £1000 per PBX
